The Metal-Oxide Varistor provides excellent voltage suppression for any electronic device by absorbing voltage spikes or surges and dissipating them as heat. The kit comes pre-wired for the 6000 series Hercules node but can be modified for any node by removing the ring terminals and replacing them with the appropriate connections for the device it will be paired with.
