System display center providing critical pressure governor information,modes and status on a bright sunlight readable full color LCD display.

The heart of the system is the MatrixGOVERNOR^TM module, providing the engine control algorithms and directly controlling the engine. Choose from a variety of control options or control from your own J1939 compliant device. Akron Brass offers the following control options:

MatrixCONTROL^TM – complete panel-mounted controller with color LCD display and push button control.
MatrixSWITCH^TM – switch panel for simple operation – increase, decrease, go to preset, change mode and idle engine from switch panel
MatrixKNOB^TM – throttle control knob. Use stand alone or with MatrixDISPLAY^TM.
VMUX Vista interface – Control governor directly from Vista screen

The system is also integrated with Link2 so that pump session data can be recorded and reviewed. View pump session data, alarms, fault codes and errors on Link2dashboard.com or from your mobile device using the Link2 app.

MatrixDISPLAY^TM

An Akron Brass Style 9402 MatrixDISPLAY^TM Panel Mount Display shall be provided. The unit must be completely sealed and have dimensions not to exceed 4.6”W x 4.75”H x 1.875”D. The display shall be a full color LCD display with a backlight and shall be capable of displaying intake pressure, discharge pressure, RPM, target pressure, current operating mode, errors, alerts and warnings, interlock status (throttle ready), check engine and stop engine warnings, engine status indicators including oil pressure, engine temperature, transmission temperature and voltage. The unit must be fully J1939 compliant and communicate over the J1939 network. It shall have manual adjustment of the brightness as well as an auto-dimming option. Unit shall be configurable with integrated configuration menus accessible from the MatrixKNOB control. Display shall include an onboard USB receptacle. Display software shall also be updateable with a standard USB flash drive. It shall also be capable of updating the MatrixGOVERNOR module over the J1939 network from the USB flash drive. Unit shall be capable of operating from 10-32VDC. Unit must carry a five year warranty.
