Features
These stainless steel bodied, 7” diameter warning lights, surface mount to a vertical, planar vehicle surface using 4 customer supplied #8 or #10 screws on a 6.25” bolt circle. The vehicle warning light includes a 10mm thick closed cell foam pad that compresses to seal between the lamp body and the mounting surface. Wire exit into the vehicle must be placed so that lead wires can pass directly from the lamp through the mounting surface without being pinched. All holes for passing wires must use a protective grommet.

Bid Specification Template
The lamp complies with SAE J887 and all associated weathering tests as required by FMVSS108 for pupil warning lamps. An H3-55W halogen bulb along with a metalized reflector and specific optical lens combine to meet the photometric requirements of J887.
Lamp mounting torque is recommended from 12 to 20 in-lbs. Exceeding 20 in-lbs can deform the lamp’s steel housing and create a leak path.
