Akron Brass Appoints 3 New District Sales Managers

Ohio fire industry manufacturer strengthens resources

Wooster, Ohio (August 1, 2013) – Akron Brass, a leader in high performance firefighting equipment, is pleased to announce the addition of three new District Sales Managers to its professional sales staff.  With a strong commitment to their customers, the new hires bring years of fire industry knowledge and direct sales experience to the team.

Will Leach will manage the states of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.  Mr. Leach has over eight years of direct selling focused on technical system solutions with Smart Power Systems where he excelled in many roles including Product Manager, Southeast Regional Sales Manager, and Vice President Sales and Service.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and served four years as an officer in the United States Air Force. 

Responsible for the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (except NYC), Rhode Island and Vermont, Steve Dembowski joins Akron with over eighteen years of direct selling experience.  Formally with DiVal Safety headquartered in Buffalo NY, Mr. Dembowski has a proven track record of developing solutions that solve his customer’s unique equipment and apparatus needs.  He has also been a volunteer firefighter serving in the roles of Lieutenant, Captain, and Battalion Chief with the Moyers Corners Fire Department for the past 28 years.

Steve Lynn will serve customers in the territory of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.  He has over eleven years of direct selling experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University.  Formally with L.N. Curtis & sons headquartered in Oakland CA, Mr. Lynn has dedicated his career towards providing the finest in customer service and support and is looking forward to continuing this commitment with his Akron Brass customers in the Northwest.
