Akron Brass Company Opens Dubai U.A.E. Sales Office

Wooster, Ohio – Akron Brass announced today the opening of our International Sales Office in Dubai, U.A.E. headed by Bassam Munem  Regional Sales Manager , MENA Region.  The Middle East and North Africa is a key market for Akron Brass’ international long term growth plan and a boost in sales is expected over the coming months.

Dennis Jones, Vice President of International Sales, said “Akron Brass will be the first U.S. Life Safety Equipment Manufacturer to establish an office in the Middle East. With the opening of the new office, we expect to build on our success with customers in the region, which represents a huge potential market for our industrial and engineered solutions products.”

In his new role Munem will be responsible for the international sales office in Dubai and will focus his efforts on developing sales and delivering the world class products and support, synonymous with Akron Brass, to key customers in the MENA region.   "People of the Middle East and North Africa have tremendous interest in high quality life safety products", said Munem.
