How to apply for your rebate:
  1. Purchase a new Turbojet®, SaberJet™, or Assault™ nozzle through an authorized Akron Brass Distributor between October 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009
  2. Complete your Firefighter Appreciation Rebate Application
  3. Send your used nozzle(s) along with
    1. A printed copy of the completed rebate application
    2. Proof of purchase (Purchase Order) of your new Akron Brass nozzle(s)
    to one of the following locations:
