Are you tired of the same old firehouse chili? Need a fresh dish to serve up at the next gathering or searching for a late night snack during the graveyard shift?   Now is your chance to contribute your recipe for a cookbook of tasty firehouse treats submitted by your peers.

Enter your favorite 'Anything But Chili' Recipe for your chance to win. All entries will be featured in the first Akron Brass Anything But Chili Cookbook.

You may enter more than one recipe. Be specific with measurements, directions and the size of cans, packages and pans so others can successfully make your recipe. Include a few words about the origin of your recipe. Share any compliments it's received, plus any variations you recommend. If any duplicates are received, the entries with the earliest date submitted will be considered.
